What if all the advanced civilizations that lived centuries before didn't really disappear - instead they are just vibrating at a different frequency?
Can't you feel the shift in energy? There is a struggle between the old energy and the new that is breaking through (notice I didn't say trying to break through).
This is a New Year.
Start of each day with New Vibrations. Just before you awake, and through out your day try this simple and easy meditation:
Sit in a comfortable position & take a deep breath, imagine a soft golden light entering the top of your head. Allow this loving, healing soft light to go from the top of your head to the tips of your toes. Clearing, healing, and energizing - from your skin to all the cells in your body. Ask that everything and anything that no longer serves your highest path and purpose be dissolved in this light. Allow the light to clear, heal and energize your aura, and ask it to stay close to you and protect you. Only allowing positive energy to enter and anything that doesn't serve your highest path and purpose to bounce off the light.
Take a deep breath open your eyes and continue on with your day.
If you like - set the intention to be a beacon for this new vibration and light.
Be blessed.

Body Intelligence
Body Intelligence, is exactly what it is - the innate intelligence that all our bodies have. By listening to your body, you will also tune into your 'gut instinct', your own intuition, your own body intelligence.
Take a deep breath and check into your body:
Are you getting enough rest? Are you drinking enough water? How do you really feel after eating? What did you eat? Do you have more energy - or feel sluggish and not too well? Is there a food that you 'know' you really should stay away from because you physically don't feel well every time after eating it?
Before you order your meal or decide what you are going to eat. Take a moment and check into what your body wants and needs. Are you really hungry, or just thirsty? Are you happy or upset? Does your body need to move and exercise? Does your body need protein? Does it need vegetables or fruit? By tuning into your body, it will tell you exactly what it needs.
Do you ever wonder? Do I really need to take 3 of those vitamins today? There is something called a muscle test - test to see if you really need 3 of those vitamins - or does your body need only 2?
***Note to all readers: This is only for over-the-counter vitamins that you are taking yourself - not Dr. prescribed. The quantity of pills should never exceed the recommended daily allowance.
Here is how you conduct a muscle test:
1. Put your dominate hand, palm up - on the top of your head. Put your other arm out, horizontal to the side of you.
2. Have someone 'test' the resistance by gently pressing down on the arm that is out to the side, you try and not let them push your arm down. Is there any resistance? Or does the arm go down? It shows the strength in which you have right now, that is your 'baseline'.
3. Now, take the bottle of vitamins hold them in your dominate hand next to your chest. Hold out your other arm to your side, horizontal - like in the first test. Now say to yourself. 1 pill. Have someone test the resistance. If your arm goes down. Try saying 2 pills, etc...
4. When your arm is the strongest by holding the horizontal position, that is the best dosage of vitamins for you that day.
Just by simply tuning into your own Body Intelligence, you will lead a healthier lifestyle.
Try it for a day, a week, a month...see how you feel. Take notes. Let me know how it goes.

When the student is ready...
I have always heard that when the student is ready the teacher will appear. Little did I know that my teacher would be a 13 week Labradoodle named Farley.
For 5 years we have been puppy sitters for Canine Partners of the Rockies, a non-profit organization that raises puppies for people with mobility issues. I was asked by the Executive Director if I would like to socialize a puppy until they find a puppy raiser.
One sunny Saturday morning I went by their office to pick up Farley, as soon as I released him from his kennel - I knew instantly this puppy was here to teach me to lead with my heart. I instantly felt it. Farley has soul filled green eyes and a gentle kind heart.
I was able to spend 3 weeks with Farley and I was constantly reminded to lead with my heart. Going anywhere with him, he captured people's attention. I've heard that a new habit forms after 21 days. I would like to think that I am more heartfelt in my everyday life, at least I try to be. Thanks to my teacher, Farley the 13 week old labradoodle.
Farley is now a confident puppy (something we were able to teach him) and I am happy to say he is now with a wonderful raiser.

2011 Successes
In the last 2 books that I have read: Mike Dooley's Manifesting Change, it couldn't be easier and Dr. Joseph Murphy's book, Maximize your Potential through the Power of your Subconscious Mind to Create Wealth & Success: book 2. I found that the concepts in both books of manifestations are basically the same.
First and foremost - it's really all about being connected to your spiritual resource, (Infinite Intelligence, Source, Universe or God). It's about co-creating your experience by feeling and experiencing that connection. Spend time each day praying, meditating, and giving thanks. It's this pure unconditionally loving connection that allows us access to the higher vibrations that creates and manifests.
Secondly, start with the end result in mind. Think about what it's like to have what you want, what does your life look and feel like by accomplishing your goal? Don't think about the HOW concentrate on the NOW. Experience the feeling of having it now and let the Universe do the rest. I once read that Wayne Dyer makes the jacket cover of his new book even before he starts to write it, so he sees the end result through the creative process.
Lastly and most importantly...MOVE and TAKE ACTION in the direction of your goals. Pick up the phone, go out and meet people, talk about what you do, get on the social media sites and connect with other like-minded individuals. The 'Secret' is an excellent pre-view to the Law of Attraction but I think it misses a key element....MOVE and TAKE ACTION. I'd like to be clear - it's NOT about controlling the process, it's about taking the steps to move you toward the direction of your goal. It's letting the Universe know that you are serious about what you want and then it'll meet you more than half way.
Today. I wrote out "2011 Successes" in my journal as if everything has already happened. Here are a few items that I wrote down:
2011 Successes
I have my own radio show, this show is a success, it has a strong following each time I broadcast. I am grateful for the following special guests that graced my show throughout the year: Michael Neill, Gregg Braden, Sylvia Browne, Deepak Chopra, Mike Dooley, and the many others who participated.
I travelled internationally to conduct workshops, healings, and lectures and I got paid well.
Places I visited for business and pleasure this year: Hong Kong, Geneva Switzerland (3x), London, Italy, Fuji, Cyprus, Spain, India, and Africa.
I was invited to participate in a Hay House "I Can Do It Cruise". The response was so well received that they have asked me to come back again next year.
At the end of the list I wrote: Through the grace of God this has all come to pass and these blessings continue to be present in my life. Thank you Lord for all these blessings. With you, through you, for you, anything is possible. Blessed be.
Take a moment now....breathe deeply and let it out with a sigh...feel yourself grounded to the earth's energy, balanced, and connected to your spiritual resource. Write your list of 2011 Successes as if they have already happened, write out as much detail as possible about what it felt like to accomplish each goal, how had your life changed with those remarkable events? What was the positive reaction of the people in your life? Spend sometime reading them over. Allow yourself to experience those feelings of accomplishment now.
What are the first steps you need to take to move towards those goals? Write them down. Take those first steps.
Now let go of the how and allow.
Have a blessed, joy-filled, successful 2011, filled with Love, Light, Grace, Blessings, and Prosperity.

What if?
What if we are to learn from those children who have ADD & ADHD? Study how they learn differently from our 'normal' way of teaching. Research what they are sensitive to, i.e. light, dyes, textures, preservatives in food, additives, all environmental factors, etc... Do they hear, see, and sense things differently?
What if we should be learning from them instead of medicating them into fitting into our way of learning, relating, and functioning? Like trying to fit a round peg in a square hole. It'll fit, but not quite - there will be gaps, it'll be shaky, not very secure. Or it'll be too tight with no room to move, holding fixed in one state.
What if they are here to help us move into the higher vibration of 2012? Perhaps they are here to show us how to relate, communicate, and function in the higher vibration?
Just a thought...

Embrace, Breathe, Allow
When people ask us how long does it take for something to manifest, we say, "It takes as long as it takes you to release the resistance. Could be 30 years, could be 40 years, could be 50 years, could be a week. Could be tomorrow afternoon." --- Abraham
Last week while I was riding my bike around Cherry Creek State Park I noticed a big beautiful Cottonwood tree that had changed into its fall colors - only the leaves at the very top remained green. What needs to happen so the remaining less than 1% can change too? To me it is a message: what is causing the resistance? What needs to be released? Again, I am being reminded to release control and expectations. Like those top green leaves, they will change into their glorious fall colors. The change is going to happen the way that is meant to. All that there is left to do is: Embrace, Breathe, and Allow.

Our own Eat, Pray, Love Pilgramage
A few days ago, I decided it was time to make the drive to see The Great Stupa of Dharmakaya located in the heart of the Shambhala Mountain Center by Red Feather lakes Colorado.
First I wanted to stop and eat at my favorite Restaurant for Lunch - it's called the Cheese Importers in Longmont Colorado. They have a 200 square foot refrigerator filled with Cheeses from around the world. They also have a store filled with colorful household items from France, plus specialty conficture, oils, vinegars, and of course, chocolates. My favorite part is their deli where you can order freshly made salads, sandwiches, quiche, soups of the season and cakes - which you can enjoy in their quaintly decorated dinning room with French decor. All their cakes are divine. My favorite is the chocolate Oblivion served with Fresh Raspberries.
After enjoying our lunch. We then continued on our journey up Highway 287 through Loveland and Fort Collins.
Finally, we arrive at the Shambhala Mountain Center. It's a beautiful center nestled in the Northern Rockies. When we arrived there were signs posted that they were hosting a silent retreat and asked that we respect the silence through the 'downtown' area. Downtown is a few buildings and platform tents for sleeping. We could, however, talk in the gift shop and around the Stupa.
As we walk the 1/2 mile trek up to the stupa, we start to get an impression of the magificents of the Stupa. It is 3 stories high. Whatever your religious belief is, you can appreciate the craftsmanship, architecture, and artwork. Written in the visitor's center is a plaque that states: "The purpose of the Stupa is to promote peace and harmony and compassion in the world. It is a proclamation - a monument to human kindness."
Inside the base of the Stupa in a domed shaped room where there is an 18 foot statue of Buddha. You have an opportunity to spend some time meditating. What I found impressive was whatever you are thinking about, or dwelling on - nothing appeared bigger at that moment than the grace and beauty of the 18 foot statue. Every problem seemed dwarfed, diminished, and inconsequential.
While we were in the room with the 18’ Buddha, I received a message for a lady that was in the room with us. I ignored it – and walked around the outside of the Stupa in a clockwise fashion. I came back in and started to meditate again. I got the message again – but much louder this time. I looked up at the Buddha and said silently…”But I’m going to look like an idiot, if I do that.” The voice said,” this is your work.” So I went and asked if I could give her back energy. She said, "yes please". When I finished I sat down and started to meditate again…the voice said louder, but in a kind yet firm voice…”give her the message too.” So, as I was leaving, I mentioned that I received a message for her and asked if she would like that I share it with her. She said, "yes please". I gave her the message. She said thank you and we left.
After leaving the Stupa, we watched the 25 minute video of the making of the Stupa at the Vistors Center - which is a must see. As we entered the building, there was a hummingbird enjoying the wild flowers planted around the patio.
On the way back to the car, we stop off at the visitors center and purchase a few items - a memory of our visit.
As we drive back to Denver approaching home around sunset time, we looked at the mountain range and saw that where we had visited in the Northern Mountains - the setting sun was a vibrant red - the rest of the mountains were already dark.
Almost as if saying, thank you for the visit.
